The cards have an original design, one with a letter to your child and another with an affirmation that they can put somewhere highly visible as a reminder they are never alone. I encourage you to read each line to your child, and then have them repeat each line after you. This is a song that my daughter (who inspired this gift item) sings at her outdoor school, and I have seen the power that rises within her when she sings the words with all of her heart.

So when your child feels sad, worried, or anxious, they can hold their doll real tight and say the affirmation with you to feel the strength and power they possess. Your doll will come with a letter from their doll telling them how to use it.
