I am SO happy to have these back in the shop! My watercolor portraits are great keepsakes of a memory or time of your life you hold dear. They were my most popular item in my Etsy shop, and I am excited to bring them back! I am honored to have customers share their stories and memories with me, and I love being a small part of a thoughtful gift that is given to a loved one.

GETTING STARTED:

> gather a few high quality photos of the house you'd like for me to paint

> consider any details you would like included (such as landscaping, flags, wreaths, chairs, etc)

> these portraits do not include animals, so please message me if you'd like them included and I can make a custom listing for you instead of purchasing this one

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select what size of paper you’d like and what you’d prefer on your portrait, then add this item to your cart

2) Checkout (don’t forget your coupon codes!)

3) Email me photos of the home(s) to send to me within 24 hours of your order (see shop policies about my rules on custom orders)

4) Await delivery of your hand painted house portrait! Please be advised I do not send first drafts or progress pictures, but do not hesitate to check in with me regarding a time frame for your order. I will do my best to accommodate rush orders and shipments - in this case please send a message before purchasing the listing in the rare chance I cannot meet your deadline.
